Seeking a professional, articulate, confident English-speaking phone specialist to work remotely setting website design consultation appointments with small business owners.

What You’ll Do:
  • Contact small business owners using provided leads
  • Follow a structured script
  • Set qualified consultation appointments
  • No closing or direct selling required

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B phone experience (appointment setting or outbound calling)
  • Professional phone presence
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic
  • Reliable phone, computer, high-speed internet
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace

This is an Independent Contractor (1099-NEC) Position
There is no base salary or hourly pay. Compensation is performance-based.
You may work as few or as many hours as you choose, Monday–Friday.
 
Compensation Structure
You earn:
✔ $300 commission when a prospect you contacted:
  • Pays the one-time website design/setup fee
  • Selects and pays for one of the following monthly plans (Basic, Premium, Ultimate)
✔ Ongoing monthly commissions (as long as client pays the monthly service fee):
  • Basic Plan – $25/month
  • Premium Plan – $55/month
  • Ultimate Plan – $85/month
✔ Commissions are paid upon confirmation of client payment.
You will receive weekly reporting showing your conversions and earnings.
This commission structure is highly competitive within the industry and offers strong earning potential for motivated professionals.
