Our business model is intentionally different. We don't carry the layers of agency overhead associated with many larger web-design companies. how can other companies charge $2,000-$5,000 or more for a website?

Pricing varies considerably depending on the company, complexity and services included. Professional small-business websites can commonly run into several thousand dollars and larger agency projects can cost substantially more. We've chosen a different business model: low upfront cost, affordable annual or monthly service and ongoing support.

what happens after my website goes live?

We don't disappear after launch. Your annual or monthly service keeps us involved. We continue hosting, maintaining, editing and supporting your website as your business evolves.

how does the rewards program work?

Choose our Annual Website Service Plan and pay the $499 one-time design/setup fee. You then have 45 days to reduce—or completely eliminate—your $1,188 annual service fee by referring businesses to WheelSpoke. Each qualified referral that becomes a paying website client earns you credit toward your annual service fee.

do i have to pay the $499 design/setup fee?

Yes. The $499 one-time design/setup fee is paid upfront and is separate from your ongoing website service. Referral Rewards reduce the annual service fee; they do not apply to the design/setup fee.

when does my 45-day referral rewards period begin?

Your 45-day qualification period begins when you enter into your website service agreement. During those 45 days, successful referrals reduce the amount you owe for annual website service.

what if i only get 1 or 2 referrals?

You still save. You don't have to get all 3 referrals to benefit.

2 successful referrals = 2/3 paid
3 successful referrals = 100% paid
At the end of 45 days, you pay any remaining annual service balance.

what qualifies as a successful referral?

A successful referral is a new business you refer to WheelSpoke that signs up for website service, becomes a paying client and whose required payment is received and cleared.

do i have to find my referrals before you build my website?

No. That's one of the advantages of the program. You pay the $499 design/setup fee and we build your website first, giving you your own WheelSpoke website to show other business owners when recommending us.

what happens after the 45 days?

At the end of your 45-day Referral Rewards period, any rewards you've earned are applied to your $1,188 annual service fee, and you pay only the remaining balance. Three successful referrals mean no annual service balance is due.

what if a referral becomes a paying client after 45 days?

Qualified Referral Rewards earned after your initial 45-day period will be applied toward your next eligible annual website service renewal, rather than refunded against service fees you've already paid.

can i continue earning Referral Rewards in future years?

Yes. Continue referring businesses to WheelSpoke and qualified referrals can help reduce—or eliminate—future annual website service fees.

does the referral rewards program apply to the $129/month plan?

No. The $129/month payment option does not participate in the Referral Rewards Program. If you want the opportunity to have referrals reduce or completely eliminate your website service fee, choose the Annual Website Service Plan.

do i get the same website service if i choose $129/month?

Yes. Your core website service remains the same. The difference is how you pay and whether you participate in Referral Rewards.
Annual Plan: $1,188/year + eligibility for Referral Rewards.
Monthly Plan: $129/month but no Referral Rewards.

can i choose the monthly plan and later use referrals to pay my monthly payments?

No. Referral Rewards are specifically tied to the Annual Website Service Plan and aren't applied against $129 monthly payments.

should i choose annual or monthly?

The annual option gives you access to the Website Referral Rewards Program. Three qualified paying referrals can cover 100% of your annual website service fee. The monthly option provides the convenience of smaller monthly payments but doesn't include Referral Rewards.

are referral rewards paid in cash?

No. Referral Rewards are website-service credits only. They have no cash value and aren't refundable or transferable.
